The dining room waitress was very helpful and friendly and the food was good.
Bed was very comfortable Restaurant - Pasta buffet was excellent
bathroom small wallpaper peeling in room expecting a bigger room - King Suite implied to us that it would be bigger or at least a bigger bathroom
Close to funeral home and easy to access.
Only one waiter in the dining room and she couldn't serve all her customers as quickly as she would have liked to.
The bed was comfortable.
The carpets were dirty...especially the awful 'dirty' rose color carpet in the elevator. There was left over garbage on our room balcony....
The staff were friendly, the room was a good size and comfortable, the bathroom was a little small but overall a very nice room. We had someone try to enter our room at 3a.M. using a door card, the staff must have thought the room was vacant and rented it again. The people left with no problems once they realized the room was occupied. They did'nt get in as we had the safety lock on. I would book again as the facility overall was nice.
No upgrades from when it was Holiday Inn. Arm chairs in lobby are black with dirt. Rooms are below average although sheets were clean, bathroom extremely tiny, door doesn't open all the way because it bumps against the shower railing. The stay was pleasant but would have been awesome if hotel is refurbished and for what it cost me for 8 nights it should be.
I was able to park outside my room , made it for easier and closer to load & unload my car.
a) Swimming pool water was not warm b) hot tub was out of order c) bathtub not accessible with more than one grip rail to get in and out
The young woman who checked me in and checked me out. Very friendly and polite. The two women at the restaurant on the morning I checked out were very friendly and helped to expedite my time....I Was in a hurry. I did not use the pool area but, it looks nice.
The hotel is very dated. There were damp patches in one corner of the room that were not recently attained. The carpets were dirty. The two armchairs were filthy, apart from being old, they could have easily been cleaned. The business chair was so low, I couldn't possibly use it for computer use. Drapes dirty. Bed was not the best for comfort. Sheets were clean. Pillows were old and not the best. The bathroom door was very chipped at the bottom. Looked like a previous problem with dampness. The price certainly did not match the accommodation. Very poor experience. This was my first experience in a Quality Inn. I certainly will not go back here!
The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly. He was extremely helpful and did everything in a very pleasant manner. The coffee, tea and sandwich area in the lobby in the evening was a very nice touch. The room was very room and everything was very clean.
The location was great. Staff in dining room for breakfast were exceptional.
Your bath towels were a little small and thin.
Great rooms and location for the price - this hotel has lovely amenities! The rooms are large and newly upgraded - great furniture, decor and lighting. Free internet, breakfast and tons of parking, easily accessibly off the highway. Little touches this stay made it fantastic -- a robe waiting in my room and a complimentary bottle of water and brownie treats. It was so nice to be welcomed like that! It's super quiet during the week and key-secured floors ensure you'll have a pleasant and comfortable trip.
This was my second time staying at the Quality Hotel - the only thing I can say needed improvement was the mattress. This time the bed was a little bit older with more "wear" and much more obvious springs - but it was bearable.
The staff I dealt with were professional and friendly.. I found the dining room staff particularly pleasant. My room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and the easy chair with footstool was good too. The desk had adequate lighting - which isn't always the case in hotel rooms. The room was also very clean. I consider this a good hotel for business people as it is close to the 401 and train station.
When I arrived the single desk person was dealing with the arrival of a group of people, whose reservations were dealt with by one person in the group. The desk clerk was working hard dealing with the 6-7 rooms the group had reserved but no one came out of the office behind the desk to help alleviate the growing lineup behind this person. Staff poked their heads out from time to time to look at the lineup, but that was it. A bit frustrating. When my turn finally came I was dealt with in a very pleasant and professional manner, and with a apology for the wait. No complaints about his help. The bath robe provided in my room was very rough and uncomfortable.
i like the secure floors, balcony, clean rooms and very comfortable bed. good coffee.
Very friendly and helpful..clean!
We were able to get a smoking room. That was great! The necessity for a key to use the elevator was a good security feature - people whom are not supposed to be in the hotel most likely will not be due to this feature. The king size bed was nice. There was a tub and shower, not just a shower. The breakfast buffet was included in the price. The carafe of coffee was nice rather than having to ask for more! Especially since I drink a lot of coffee. Overall, the hotel was great and the stay was nice and comfortable.
We had a problem with the key. The key is necessary for the elevator as well as the room. However, someone else was in the elevator and used their key therefore we did not discern the problem until we were at our room. So it was necessary to return to the desk and get new keys. The staff did offer to come up and let us in herself if it did not work the second time. However, if that was necessary it would have meant returning to the desk again before she would have done that. It was an inconvenience but at least the key worked the second time. So be forewarned - if the key does not operate the elevator, return to the desk and save yourself some time. At the breakfast buffet, we were seated and offered coffee. However, the staff seated us without letting us know about the two stations, and we noticed itthe second ourselves afterward. It would have been nice to have had oj and toast with the bacon and eggs, rather than afterward!
