The rooms were kept pretty clean, and the staff was super friendly. The beds were just okay, nothing special. In the Queen studio room, there was a work desk where you can get stuff done, a satellite TV for entertainment, and a dining area to enjoy your meals. 🛏️

The room was incredible and quiet and the beds were comfy.

The rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, and the beds were comfortable, everything was pretty clean.

The dining room waitress was very helpful and friendly and the food was good.

All in all, it was ideal place for travelling to Oshawa. There were a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an iron in the room, truly enjoyed that. The bed was fine, and the staff were lovely. It was in a peaceful location so close to different areas, hot tube and Oshawa for. Also, South Courtice Arena was 2 km away from the hotel.

The queen studio was pretty great! It had a work desk, TV with satellite channels, and a spot to have your meals. 🌟

Close to funeral home and easy to access.

Only one waiter in the dining room and she couldn't serve all her customers as quickly as she would have liked to.

Bed was very comfortable Restaurant - Pasta buffet was excellent

bathroom small wallpaper peeling in room expecting a bigger room - King Suite implied to us that it would be bigger or at least a bigger bathroom

The staff here are very welcoming and accommodating, and the room is beautifully decorated with an exceptionally comfortable bed and amenities like a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable.

The carpets were dirty...especially the awful 'dirty' rose color carpet in the elevator. There was left over garbage on our room balcony....

The staff were friendly, the room was a good size and comfortable, the bathroom was a little small but overall a very nice room. We had someone try to enter our room at 3a.M. using a door card, the staff must have thought the room was vacant and rented it again. The people left with no problems once they realized the room was occupied. They did'nt get in as we had the safety lock on. I would book again as the facility overall was nice.

The hotel has exceptionally nice staff. The most important thing is its quiet location next to everything you need.- It's really close to Oshawa as well as restaurants.- The property of choice in Oshawa.

No upgrades from when it was Holiday Inn. Arm chairs in lobby are black with dirt. Rooms are below average although sheets were clean, bathroom extremely tiny, door doesn't open all the way because it bumps against the shower railing. The stay was pleasant but would have been awesome if hotel is refurbished and for what it cost me for 8 nights it should be.

I was able to park outside my room , made it for easier and closer to load & unload my car.

a) Swimming pool water was not warm b) hot tub was out of order c) bathtub not accessible with more than one grip rail to get in and out
